About Me
Hi There!
My name is MalaraVAN, also known as VAN. I am a motion designer, photographer, and filmmaker with a background in UI/UX design. I work full-time as a motion designer at Interactive Pioneers and freelance on the side. With over 15 years of experience in motion design, photography, and filmmaking, my skills include 2D After Effects animation, matchmoving, color grading, editing, compositing, and filming.
During my career, I have also been a professional photographer. Together with my colleagues, we have won several awards, including the German Design Award, the Reddot Communication Award, the IF Design Award, the German Digital Award, and I personally won the International Photographer of the Year.
I have had the pleasure of working with numerous brands and agencies in my job, including Converse, Porsche, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Post, Sennheiser, Innogy, Lindt, Sport1, Asus, DDB Tribal, BBDO and Jung von Matt.
